RenFair Report!
top 10 reasons why Saturday's trip to the Texas Renaissance Festival in Plantersville RULED!!!!

10.) The Fireworks.
9.) The people who work there are too cool! Especially the pirates.
8.) The Ded Bob Show.
7.) I learned how to "Sphere" (move a glass ball around your hands like magic)
6.) i've had the joy of watching two 18 and 20 year old guys ride an elephant, having more fun than little kids
5.) mike was forced by the fairy court to recite Shakespeare's love Sonnet 81 to me on bended knee in front of the world! <3
4.) mike bought a bag of "kissing powder" that tastes like strawberries and comes with a "feather applicator" - FUCK YEAH!!!
3.) i bought a pretty feather fan, a tail for my costume, an Indian bag, and an authentic Indian Sari!!!
2.) i looked damn good in my costume.
1.) i got to sleep with Mike in a big bed and enjoy RenFair with him.

HUZZAH!!

BTW, everyone should go see "Team America: World Police" - fuckin' hysterical!

Yeah where can I get some of that stuff? Sounds kinda sexy for me and my boyfriend to use ^_^ (oh if you don't mind me asking, how much is it?)

And yes...I've snagged me a hottie! (<-a hair model to be exact. He's sooo drool-worthy and spontaneous it's great).

the kissing powder stuff is fun - you get the powder (two flavors to choose from), a drawstring bag and your choice color feather applicator for $10!!! you get a "free sample" too - the girl puts it on you and your man's necks and you get to eat it off each other right there! needless to say mike was screaming to buy some! ^.~ hope that helped!! it's lots of fun for you and your model XD

Well I'll try to scan a pic or two of him before we started going out (it's funny how I met him...I needed models for a design project and he was willing to help me out ^_~).

Is there a *specific* booth where I can buy the powder or is it found in many renfair stands? (too bad Chuck can't come w/me to "test" it out lol).

there's a specific booth you have to go to - it's a tent and the sign says "kissing powder" - it's by the bird show, the rose garden, the church and the fortune telling tent towards the back of the park. i hope that's good directions but i'm sure by walking around you'll find it! have fun!
